More Information

Cintra Park is a series of family homes designed by architect Nissen Richards Studio. Located on a challenging site sloping from left to right and also front to back, the three houses have been thoughtfully arranged to make the most of the space available, boasting split level living spaces and basement garages. Top Level Construction Limited began work on the project in January 2016 carrying out site hoarding, the earthworks necessary to prime the site for infrastructure works and the construction of a multi-level piling platform and attendance. The company also carried out extensive groundworks, including foundations, laying the ground floor slab and installing foul and storm water drainage systems, along with infrastructure services. Concrete works included the construction of ground floor to first floor RC frames for the four-storey homes. Finally, Top Level contractors also completed hard landscaping, including kerbing, edging, fencing, block paving and surfacing, completing the project in March 2017.
